Any 2D artwork is eligible for this contest – photography, drawings, paintings – as long as it’s 2D! Please note, although Metalphoto can be produced with color using a secondary process, for this contest we will produce the award in black and white. Metalphoto produces beautiful high resolution details.
So color submissions are welcome, but the printed Metalphoto will be black and white. Halftones and greys all reproduce beautifully, and we think you will enjoy your piece of art. We suggest avoiding any photos that may have a lot of excess sunlight or exposure.
Your printed Metalphoto prize will be up to 20″ x 24″ in size.
By submitting your artwork you will be giving MPC permission to display your piece on various mediums, including in advertisements, but in these cases MPC will cite you as the artist. No submissions from employees of MPC are allowed.
