Materials

We will custom manufacture your nameplates to your particular specifications utilizing our advanced printing techniques and the most suitable material for the application, such as anodized aluminum, Lexan® polycarbonate and polyester.

Metal Nameplates

Metalphoto® anodized aluminum nameplates combine superior durability with a long-lasting quality appearance, with our unique process which imbeds the image within a sapphire hard anodized layer. The National Association of Graphic and Product Identification Manufacturers, Inc. (GPI) classifies Metalphoto® as the most durable aluminum substrate, citing superior abrasion, heat and sunlight resistance.

Our metal nameplates maintain their original appearance under a broad variety of challenging environments, including high temperatures, long term outdoor exposure, abrasion, salt spray and most chemicals.

Plastic Nameplates

Depending on your application, we can screen or digitally print your nameplates on a variety of plastic substrates ranging from vinyl, Lexan® polycarbonate, and polyester films including hard-coated materials. Plastic nameplates are typically adhesive-mounted either to the final surface or to a back panel.

Our efficient process can provide you fast and cost-effective short-runs and prototyping of your nameplates.
