Overview

Adhesive Laminating & Overlaminating

Overview

  • Applies pressure-sensitive adhesives and overlaminates
  • Apply selectivity or to overall films or metal sheets
  • Use pressure-sensitive adhesive to facilitate mounting of finished parts
  • Use overlaminates to protect, enhance the appearance and create special effects
  • Precision pre-slitting of laminate to precise widths
  • Advanced edge-guide capabilities

Shearing

Overview

  • Guillotine power shears to semi precision
  • Cut sheet metal and some plastic films into square or rectangular shapes.
  • Cincinnati and Amada shears, plus additional smaller shears
  • Great option for fabrication of many small volume nameplates, metal labels, signs and blanks.

Fastener Insertion

Overview

  • Accurate placement and insertion of PEM® style self-clinching fasteners
  • Strong, reusable, and permanent threads and mounting points in thin sheet metal

  • Over 150 styles in-stock
  • Thousands of sizes and styles available
