We are capable of receiving your IBM and Macintosh files via email, 100mb zip disk or standard disk. We have an extensive library of fonts and over 40 years of experience in the graphics industry. Metalphoto will accept artwork and answer your graphics questions via e-mail at customer_service@MPofCinci.com
Mac users should check with us for fonts or convert text to paths, and should use Stuffit Deluxe before e-mailing. PC users should also check with us for fonts or convert text paths. All imported and linked files should be supplied.
Please send us a printout of the artwork from your computer. This will help us print your artwork as it was intended.
It is our goal to reproduce your artwork the fastest and least expensive way possible. If the artwork you send to us is unsuitable to reproduce a high quality label, Metalphoto of Cincinnati will be required to modify the artwork at an additional charge of $45.00/hr.
