Material: Aluminum
Aluminum is lightweight and provides good corrosion resistance. It is easily machined and formed because it is softer than anodized aluminum. Its familiar silvery-white color offers great contrast and readability with nearly any color, making it a popular choice for many nameplate, sign, panel and bezel applications.

Graphic elements are applied to sheets of aluminum using a digital or screen printing process, or chemically etched (with or without a color fill). Afterwards, we use our advanced fabrication capabilities to match your design requirements. Depending on your product and specifications, fabrication may include die-cutting, punching, milling, countersink and counterbore holes, bending/forming, stud insertion, stand-offs, and permanent pressure-sensitive adhesives. |
Additional Information
Although aluminum is a durable material, you should avoid choosing colored parts for exterior, direct sunlight applications because colors will fade over a period of time. If your application requires the ability to withstand direct sunlight, Metalphoto anodized aluminum, with an outdoor durability rating of over 20 years without fading, would be a better option.
